Overview

At the Veterinary Management Group (VMG) Congress held at Crowne Plaza, Stratford Upon Avon, Sid delivered his double session 'Finding The Magic: How Can We Have a Positive Impact?'

This was an uplifting, inspiring and energising session discovering how we can have a positive impact on ourselves, our teams, our workplaces, and our communities.

- To understand how great leaders balance being strong and decisive, but also human.

- How they have the humility, self-confidence and self-awareness to recognise the value of others and build great individuals, organisations and societies.

- How they build an inclusive approach through empathy, integrity and communication.

- Learn how they can guide themselves and others to make the essential small and large-scale decisions that keep the world moving.
